Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> I had my cheekbones, square jaw, and chin tip done (muscle tying + cortical bone osteotomy), plus forehead reduction. I was already on the slim side, but my forehead was long, so my face looked elongated and kind of asymmetrical, which is why I had the surgery. Every time I write a review, the intro gets long... Anyway!!! It’s already been 5 months. I barely had any swelling to begin with, and it also went down quickly, so now it looks completely natural and pretty. I’ve started going around outdoors without a mask, and I take it off with so much confidence. Well, I did start eating wraps and hamburgers pretty early on, but now that it’s been 5 months, eating is really so much more comfortable!! There’s nothing I can’t eat. After the surgery, I’ve heard so many people say my face shape is really pretty, and my friends compliment me a lot, saying it looks like a face shape with a filter on and that it’s naturally pretty, so I’m even happier. The sensation around my cheekbones and square jaw area? And places like that, including the forehead line, has almost all come back! Only my chin tip still feels a bit odd sensation-wise, like a tight feeling? A lumped-up feeling? But I think it’ll probably become completely fine with more time. The incision scars around my sideburns and forehead have all healed now, so they’re barely visible, and if I wear makeup, they don’t show at all. They say minor residual swelling can keep going down for up to 1 year, but I’m already exactly satisfied now, so I’m hoping no more swelling goes down. Later, once all the residual swelling is gone, I’ll bring another review and show how it turned out hehe
