I had a consultation at ㅁㅂ for bulbous nose surgery, and since it was the weekend there was a lot of waiting. That was fine because it was the weekend, and I had a CT scan and photos taken, then consulted with the director. He explained the pros and cons of the materials and told me how many millimeters he would use. But everything he said felt kind of vague, so when I asked whether he could create the kind of look in the photo I showed him, he said, “Who knows. That. We’ll only know after doing it. We won’t know how it’ll turn out until we do it;” He said exactly that... It wasn’t the content but the tone that was a tone I’d really never heard from a doctor before Of course I know you only know after surgery, but I asked because I wanted to check whether the line direction matched the doctor’s sense. Then when I asked if he had cases similar to mine, he said something like, “There probably are. But even if there are, I can’t show you all of them. I can only show models, so even if there are, how would I show you that?” This was the clinic I went to after visiting 5 other clinics, and I got a fresh shock from the way he talked.. At other clinics, if it was nostril reduction, they at least showed a similar model for that part and explained it, but here I was surprised because they didn’t even seem to have any intention of showing anything.
Other than that, he explained my current nose shape, and the consultation time was about 15-20 minutes! The consultant was very kind and seemed to try hard to explain things well. I went because there were so many reviews, but I was disappointed..
