Day 7 after nose surgery I raised the nasal tip with ear cartilage, used septal cartilage? anyway, that thing for the nasal bridge, and shaved down a hump But the thing is, the nasal tip is way too pointy. Seriously, it looks like something in 2D. Will all of this swelling go down? As the swelling subsides, will the nasal tip also come down and become rounder? And the nostrils are seriously like electrical outlets too... will that also get better later..? Everyone, please give me advice
