I originally had some nasal bridge height, but it had a slight hump nose feel, and I didn’t like that my nose looked crooked, so I decided to get rhinoplasty. These are photos from 1 week, 2 weeks, and 1 month after surgery. I had surgery without an implant, using only ear cartilage, and I’m satisfied because I think the surgery turned out naturally. During the consultation with the director, I said I wanted a straight-line angle, and since I already had some nasal bridge height, they recommended surgery without an implant. Because I had surgery for the hump on the nasal dorsum, the swelling on the nasal bridge was the last to remain, but the director said it would become slimmer while maintaining the height, so I waited, and it really got better quickly. My side profile changed too, and I hear a lot that my face naturally became better-looking, so I think I made the right choice getting the surgery lol
