I had hump nose surgery a year and a half ago, but after about a year, a step-off formed between the nasal tip and the bridge, so the silicone part seemed more visible, and I decided to have revision surgery. During my first surgery at another hospital, I bruised a lot and the swelling lasted a long time, but with this revision surgery, I had no bruising at all, and once the splint was removed, there was no swelling and it looked natural, so I could return to daily life right away. I recommend it.
