Before/after View Plastic Surgery Clinic / Sebbin Integrity MF 380cc / inframammary incision / accessory breast liposuction (My original breast condition: underbust 79 / breast base width 12.5)
In my early 20s, a close older friend had breast surgery and praised her new life, so I was recommended breast surgery. Her surgery turned out well, so when she went for aftercare, I followed her and had my first breast consultation.
But at the time I was a college student, and since my natural breasts were not on the small side, I felt somewhat resistant to implants (they seemed like they would hurt too much..), so I turned my attention to autologous fat grafting with the mindset of “let’s just fill the empty areas.” A few years later, I had autologous fat grafting (stem cells) done twice, including a retouch. About 2-3 years passed since then, and now my breasts are back to their original state.. In reality, after just 1 year, as the swelling went down, even the injected fat all disappeared.. I was upset, but because liposuction + grafting was so painful and uncomfortable, I did not even consider any additional surgery.
But recently, as I started dieting, my breasts shrank more severely than before, and the upper breasts became hollow like a fishhook. When I looked up implant reviews, I saw that surgical techniques had improved a lot in the meantime, and there were reviews with much better overall quality than before, so I got extremely motivated and made consultation appointments here and there. (I also looked up View, where I had consulted in my early 20s, and the reviews were good, so I made a consultation appointment.) After going to consultations, other hospitals felt like they just made the original shape bigger(?), but with View, I really trusted them after seeing reviews where even the breast shape had been changed beautifully. (When reading breast surgery reviews, people said you won’t regret it if you choose the largest size possible within the doctor’s recommended size range, and this place also recommended the largest size.) After the consultation, from the moment I took the elevator down, I worried a lot. I sat at the cafe on the first floor, talked on the phone with my boyfriend, thought about it for about an hour, then went back up and even booked the surgery..! They said surgery was possible 3 days later, so I decided to have it that day. There was no slot for a breast ultrasound, so my coordinator (Coordinator Choi Young-jin) worked really hard to make a spot for me. The coordinator played a big role in my decision on the hospital.!
-Day 1 (surgery day) Until the day before, I kept going back and forth between being so nervous and excited. Once I actually entered the operating room, I gave everything up and lay on the operating table with the mindset of entrusting everything to Director Kim Ji-min. There were more than 5 nurses in the operating room, and each of them was busily doing their assigned tasks, doing something to my arms, legs, and even my face. I felt like I had become an alien, and then they put the oxygen mask to my mouth and said I’d feel a bit sleepy, and after that I have no memory. Then they woke me up right away, and the surgery was already over. I lay in the recovery room and became completely clear-headed in almost an hour. When I had fat grafting, I couldn’t come to my senses and kept collapsing, so I worried it might happen again this time, but I was so fine that I thought the anesthesiologist here was the real deal.
-Days 2-3 I think this was the hardest time. The upper band felt painfully tight, and I wasn’t hungry either,, Even walking, if I walked like a normal person, it felt like my chest was tightening up. In reviews, pain seems to be divided into two groups: those who say it is uncomfortable and those who say it hurts. After doing it myself, I understood why. It feels like having chest muscle soreness from chest pumping exercises and then being punched once. Muscle soreness can feel painful or uncomfortable depending on the person, so you can think of it as exactly that level. And at this time my breasts became hot like hot packs, so I worried it might be inflammation and kept bothering the coordinator and the emergency doctor, but it got better after adjusting the upper band.
