When I got V-Excel in Busan back then, the effect was really good, but scabs formed too. Was this... about adjusting the intensity? Maybe because it was an event price, the effect felt minimal. I guess the price difference matters too.. Cheap things are cheap for a reason, I guess As expected, with lasers and injections, the expensive ones are worth the price
