They said the implant from the previous surgery was severely adhered to other tissues, and because the surgery had entered through a skin incision, a lot of damage had been done to the other tissues, so they couldn’t perform the surgery 100% exactly according to the direction we had originally discussed. If anyone is thinking about facial contouring later, don’t put in an implant at all, and even if you do, have it inserted through an intraoral incision, not through a skin incision.
