2 Months After 3-Part Facial Contouring, Double Eyelids, Epicanthoplasty, and Forehead (Long Post Warning)

< Surgeries I had > : 3-part facial contouring, temple reduction, partial-incision double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, epicanthoplasty, forehead fat grafting

It’s been about two months now, and I think the swelling is going down faster than I expected lol The funny thing is, even at one month, I thought a lot of swelling had gone down, so I took selfies with my friends and everything, but now when I compare those selfies with my recent ones, the difference in swelling is huge Since I had several surgeries anyway, if I compare how the swelling went down by procedure, for me, the forehead didn’t have much swelling to begin with and went down quickly, then facial contouring, then the eyes A university classmate of mine had eye surgery (buried suture) one week apart from me, and her swelling went down really fast, you know? But for me, my eye swelling is surprisingly going down slowly ㅠㅠ I looked it up, and they say there’s a big difference in swelling depending on whether fat above the eyes is removed or not? I think that’s right. I had a puffy type with a lot of fat above my eyes, so they removed a lot of fat, and my classmate had a type with little facial fat, monolids, and even a slight eye hollow.. There was no fat to remove during surgery, so they didn’t remove any Anyway, my eyes are still in the process of swelling going down, and for facial contouring, after one month, it started to show that my face had become smaller than before surgery. So from the one-month mark, they said I could drink alcohol, and I thought the swelling had gone down quite a lot, so I made plans with friends and drank lololol But at that time, I was still very swollen, and now it’s much better!! The director asked how I was doing over KakaoTalk, so I told him this, and he said even now the fine swelling still hasn’t gone down, that it’ll be different again at 3 months, and to keep watching until 6 months lol I guess my personality is too impatient As for sensation, I think the cheekbone area has come back about 80-90%, and I do have sensation in my chin tip, but the muscle? around the lower teeth feels tight ㅠㅠ I keep touching it because I wonder if massaging it with my hand will help it loosen faster, but I don’t know if it’s helping lol.. What’s really good after surgery is that I look good even without a retouching app, and even when people just take photos with the regular rear iPhone camera, I can get enough life shots ㅎ If I lose just exactly 5 more kg, I feel like the bone reduction will show much better, but losing weight is hard ^^;; While recovering from surgery, my exercise routine broke, and it’s hard to get it back lolㅠㅠ I’ll go hard again soon.. I’m going to lose weight hard before summer vacation and change my profile picture~~~~ I feel a bit burdened about uploading photos, just in case someone recognizes me. I told close friends that I had surgery, but to people I met for the first time after surgery, I hid the forehead and facial contouringㅋ I only said I did my eyes lololololol And I didn’t intend to lie, but the day before yesterday, I met an elementary-middle school classmate for the first time in 6 years and told them to guess which parts I had surgery on, and they said, eyes and nose? So I told them everything I had done, and they said they couldn’t tell. So I asked if I didn’t look slimmer, and whether they didn’t remember my pre-surgery face, then showed them a photo, and they said they just thought I had lost a lot of weight. But I’ve gained more than 8 kg since the last time I saw that friend.....^^ㅠ There are some people around me who have had eye surgery, but I don’t have any friends who have had facial contouring, so after surgery I didn’t really have many people to communicate with? relate to? But here, everyone is interested in plastic surgery, so I feel so comfortable..ㅎㅎ If anyone here is pre-facial-contouring surgery and has questions, ask me anything. Or if you had surgery a bit more recently than me lolol Of course surgical results and progress vary by person, but there may be someone recovering along a similar path to mine!! I wrote so much rambling that I don’t know how many people will read all the way to the end, but if you read this far, thank you for reading carefully~ Everyone, have a delicious dinner ♡
