First rhinoplasty consultation rounds for a hump nose, round 1 Planning to have surgery before Chuseok in September
1. ㅊ유 / Kim The clinic was pretty and clean. Consultation fee was 10,000 won. The consultant was kind, and the director also explained things in detail. It also felt like they were trying to provide various kinds of aftercare.. Not bad. But I didn’t really trust them. They seemed to have a lot of pride. It felt a bit formal, mechanical, and somewhat put-on. How should I put it, I just didn’t feel attached to them lol
2. ㄹ브르 / Yoon It was hard to schedule a consultation, so I went with the highest expectations, but the director’s consultation was really short, so I was taken aback. Maybe he was tired? But should I say it was short and impactful. He seemed like someone who knew exactly what needed to be done to make it look pretty. The price is expensive, but honestly I’m the most drawn to this place. The clinic moved to Sinnonhyeon and it’s clean. The facilities are good too. Overall it felt well-managed, so I trusted them. There were a lot of people, but the wait wasn’t long and everything moved along smoothly.
3. ㅇ이탑 / Lee How should I put it, the clinic felt kind of lively. The staff were a bit unfriendly. For some reason the desk staff seemed angry. Even though there were hardly any people, there was still a bit of a wait. I definitely think that when the wait is long, you end up sitting there and looking for flaws. So I tend to rule out clinics with long waits. The director’s consultation was so-so too. He looked really tired. Kind, but with effort.
4. ㅇ앤비 / Kim Honestly, this place’s location was really awkward, so I had removed it from my list, but the review I saw on Babitalk was so pretty that I booked it impulsively and went. But the building was so shabby that I was taken aback the first time lol The inside was shabby too, so I was taken aback a second time. It must have been open for a long time. It felt like a neighborhood clinic that older people go to. The director’s consultation wasn’t bad. It was long and very explanatory. But I keep only remembering how run-down the clinic was lol Compared with that, the surgery fee was expensive and there was also a consultation fee.. It felt like, why bother with this place?
I felt this while getting eye surgery twice, but honestly, surgeries in the Gangnam area are all done well, right? Unless they really have no real experience... So I look a lot at things like kindness, transportation, clinic facilities, and aftercare services. For round 1, I was most drawn to ㄹ브르, and I have two consultations left this week, so I plan to decide after those.
