I looked through after-before cafes, YouTube, and blogs, and after debating facial and abdominal liposuction, I had it done almost right away after the consultation!! I was a bit scared of surgery and very sensitive to scars, so for my abdomen I chose extracorporeal shock wave therapy, and for my face I absolutely couldn’t give it up, so I decided on a procedure with relatively small scars
1. Abdominal extracorporeal shock wave therapy (fat destruction treatment) Oil is applied, and the therapist moves the machine back and forth over the area. They carefully treat the whole abdomen and even the sides. It takes about 30 minutes. Maybe because it hurt less, it felt like it was over quickly. When I checked afterward, there wasn’t a big change, but my abdomen did feel softer.
2. Facial liposuction procedure (Same day) The facial procedure I was most excited about and most scared of I was nervous from the moment I moved to the operating room, but the director treated me carefully, and the nurse kept checking on me and saying I seemed really tense, so I felt better. When they made a small opening in my face and injected the anesthetic, it felt like a sharp little sting, but it was tolerable (personally, I thought the little slapping pain from the antibiotic shot in my butt hurt more). They didn’t inject all the anesthetic at once; they put it in slowly so it could spread well, so after the initial moment of going in, I gradually stopped feeling anything. Later I even dozed off If I had known it would be this manageable, I should have done my abdomen too I was fine on the way home, and when I got home I felt a little dizzy, but after sleeping and waking up I was okay.
(Day 2) My abdomen is even softer now. My face only has a little swelling, and I don’t have any bruising at all. I still don’t have any skin tightness or hard lumps, and aside from the tight feeling, there isn’t anything uncomfortable. Taking off the facial tape is extremely painful too (that hurt more than the anesthesia injections). After taking it off, I still can’t really tell myself, but people around me said the fat had gone down a lot. From the evening, I got about two allergy-like bumps, and they’re itchy...
(Day 3) The tight feeling is uncomfortable But at least there’s no pain, so that’s a relief. Very slight bruising has appeared, and my skin is itchier than yesterday
When I pinch the fat under my chin, does it look like the line has become similar, or what do you think?
