I hate myself so much for thoughtlessly having surgery on my naturally pointed eyes, even though I had never had medial epicanthoplasty, just because the lacrimal caruncle showed a bit and the shape looked a little hooked.. The shape you imagine absolutely will not come out as you expect, and there is a high chance of ending up with an awkward eye shape, so I really hope you choose medial epicanthoplasty restoration very carefully..
