This is a review written after getting my stitches removed.
Original concerns: uneven eyes, sleepy-looking eyes, and eyelid heaviness, such as eyelid skin getting in the way of my vision when applying mascara
Reason for choosing the clinic: The weather was too hot and I was feeling lazy, so instead of visiting many places in person, I did online research through apps and planned to choose two or three places for consultations. At this clinic's consultation, they explained things in more detail than other places. Depending on the line I wanted for the surgery, they showed me by holding the eyelid, and explained the surgical method and so on. They explained everything in detail and kindly, and the director explained calmly in a gentle manner, so I felt I could trust them and decided to have the surgery.
Day of surgery: I had a severe headache on the way home after surgery, so as soon as I got home I took the prescribed medication and also took Tylenol. After that, mild headache and chills.
Post-op day 1: Severe eye discharge. Irritating sensation at the epicanthoplasty area. Eye swelling decreased compared with the day of surgery.
Post-op day 2: Swelling at its peak.
Post-op day 3: Swelling decreased.
Post-op day 4: Discharge decreased. Yellow bruising around the eyes. Swelling descended to the deep cheek area.
Post-op day 5 onward: Yellow bruising around the eyes remained, major swelling disappeared.
Post-op day 7 (stitch removal): Eye stitches removed.
Review so far I am very satisfied. Since the swelling has not fully gone down yet, the line will become a bit thinner, but compared with before surgery, my eyelashes definitely no longer get in the way of my vision, and I do not feel that my eyes look uneven, so I am satisfied.
