Eye Re-Surgery

Can I do a secondary procedure (AS) for partial-incision double eyelid surgery without actually doing a full correction?

I had partial-incision double eyelid surgery one year ago, but since the shape I wanted did not come out, the hospital said they would do AS and raise it about 1-2 mm with natural adhesion. The surgeon said that because the difference is only about 1 mm, they can do one more natural-adhesion pass like a touch-up without removing the existing stitches, and then it will hold as a single line instead of becoming two lines, so it should be okay. Is that right…? I am also afraid because inflammation could happen later, and if the old adhesion does not release, the double eyelid may loosen or become two lines.... I’m worried another problem might happen and I’ll have to do AS again… If you know this part well, please tell me…!
