Before-before-before after-after-after I had rhinoplasty because, due to my low nose, the side hump bothered me so much when seen from the front. Director Kim Da-alm at Obli Plastic Surgery said I did not need osteotomy, and since my nasal bridge was slightly tilted to one side overall, he said it would be good to compensate with customized silicone, so I had surgery without osteotomy using customized silicone (nasal bridge) + ear cartilage and septal cartilage (nasal tip) as materials.
Now at one month, I really think it was a great decision not to do osteotomy!! Even though only the height changed without osteotomy, the front-view before and after is so clear.
The side hump that bothered me is no longer visible, so I'm very happy. I don't think all the swelling has gone down yet, but I feel like it doesn't have to go down, and I like it even now, so I'm not trying to reduce the swelling or anything.
