I asked them to do it under local anesthesia, so why does it feel like it was deep sedation? When I woke up, the surgery was already over. They did explain beforehand that if lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning is done under local anesthesia, you may unconsciously tense your eyes, causing bleeding and worse bruising, but they never said they would do it under deep sedation anesthesia
