1. Solo doctor specializing in noses near Gangnam Station (ENT) After silicone removal, I requested implant-free surgery (not autologous dermis). My nose is very low, but they said that if I let go of wanting too much and still want it to look decent, we should do lateral osteotomy of the wide nasal bones and use only septal cartilage/ear cartilage for the nasal tip. (My concern is that I don’t think I necessarily need septal surgery, and osteotomy seems too risky..)

Just as I’d heard, his pride was no joke, and that pride was like, if he does it, the surgery will definitely turn out fine.. pride that I’ll be able to make a pig nose../. .But the cost is////shaking/..//... I’m wondering whether I should do it here....... But expensive doesn’t always mean it will turn out well... hmm////
