Before/after My bulbous nose was so round and noticeable that it had been a complex for a long time, so I finally made up my mind and had surgery…^_^ I also had nostril reduction, and the procedure was done with donated costal cartilage in the nasal tip and ear cartilage in the columella! It may vary by person, but people around me scared me so much saying it would hurt, so I was really worried, yet from the day of surgery until now I haven’t had any pain at all… I barely had any bruising or swelling either! haha Everyone says my image changed a lot just because my nose changed, and that it turned out well, so I’m satisfied…> < I especially like that the bulbous-nose part seems to have changed naturally!!!
