I’m not sure about Ultherapy, but Thermage makes the skin texture smoother. But it is a bit pricey. I recommend starting from your mid-20s. I had it under sedation anesthesia, and they said it would be really hard to tolerate without anesthesia. If you have strong willpower, doing it without anesthesia would probably be better, though.
