I regularly get things like lip filler or forehead filler, but my nose has a hump and the tip is bulbous, so I didn’t think filler would work,,,, and the filler reviews weren’t great either, so after worrying about it I decided on nose surgery. I was too x 100000 scared of having silicone inside my nose, so I went around for consultations for implant-free surgery. There were some places that recommended implants, but I skipped them,,,, and I had surgery at ㅇㄴㅁㄷ. Cost-wise it was a bit burdensome, but after surgery I’m so x9999999999 satisfied and I think it turned out insanely well lol I didn’t use an implant, had osteotomy and only did the nasal tip, and I think it came out better than I expected. From the consultation to the surgery and follow-up visits, they checked everything thoroughly. Even if I went back, I think I’d do it here. I think I chose the clinic well. No regrets haha lol I didn’t know implant-free could turn out this amazing, but now that it’s been a little over a month, I’ve been endlessly recommending it to my friends lol I don’t know if it will stay like this, but I guess for women, having a pretty nasal tip matters more than the nasal bridge after all.
