Also, instead of recommending only one material, the explanation of different cases by various situations was good. They said to use 4 mm silicone and project the nasal tip slightly higher than now. They told me to choose between donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage.

It also seemed famous for facial contouring injections (they recommended them), but I decided to think about that and do it if I end up having surgery. The director was also on the kind side. They explained all the answers to what I asked without leaving anything out. They recommended the same 4 mm silicone and donated costal cartilage.

And they said I already have some nasal bridge height, so they suggested putting in only about 2–3 mm. They recommended using ear cartilage from the opposite side or donated costal cartilage, but said autologous costal cartilage is possible if I want. I went in the morning, and there was a bit of a wait.
Should I go around for more consultations... I did put down reservation deposits at the places where the consultations were okay, but aren’t three places enough? Someone said the more clinics you look into, the harder it gets to decide
