It’s been two months since I had nose surgery! As you can see, before surgery I had chubby nostril wings, but as the swelling goes down, my nostril wings are getting slimmer, so I’m really, really happy with it >< When I first saw the director, they seemed so serious that I was a bit surprised, but I felt like they would do it carefully and safely, so I decided to have surgery. Until one month, because of the swelling, I didn’t even realize my nostril wings had become smaller, but as time passes and the swelling goes down a lot, the before-and-after difference is so fascinating! Because my nose spread when I smiled, I used to cover my mouth with my hand when laughing in daily life and wear a mask, but these days I really go around confidently without one haha. From the front, because of my wide nostril wings, even when I contoured my nose, it strongly felt like my nose was swollen, but these days, even without doing much contouring, it has really reduced a lot compared to before I guess this is why everyone gets surgery lol I improved up to the columella with 3D nostril-wing reduction + internal incision ~
