For almost a week after surgery, the pain was so severe that it was really hard to wake up from sleep or get up after sitting.. The swelling started to go down from day 5, and at first it went down really well, but from week 2-3 the pace suddenly slowed, so I was really worried it might not go downㅠㅠ
But now, before I knew it, it's already been 2 months, and when I compared the photos,,, of course,,, there was no way it wouldn't go down, hahahahahaha It was needless worry^^
So far, my diet has been low-sodium and nutritious but not excessive! I've been eating properly, drinking a lot of water, and before bed, L-shaped legs!! I do that often too haha I'm continuing to do it consistently!
Wearing the compression garment has become part of daily life now, so sometimes when I'm tired, or if I overate the day before and wake up swollen, the compression garment really squeezes me that day, lol but I'm much more used to it than in the beginning, so it's okay haha
They say even now only about 60-70% has gone down, so I'm getting more and more excited for what's ahead, and they removed the fat smoothly without any bumpy, uneven lines, so I'm totally satisfied!ㅠㅠㅠ
