Also, after giving birth, my belly fat... started sagging It seemed hard to see results in a short time. But I liked how my arms slimmed down, and my belly kept bothering me The sagging also takes time, so I started getting even more stressed I’m the type with weak willpower... I know my personality too well When I think, I should diet, suddenly my parents bring delicious food, or something comes up and I have to go to my in-laws, and then I eat and eat again
So in the end, I went back I asked the director to do my abdomen again I’m not the type whose belly sticks out a lot, but you know that belly bulge? When I tense up, it looks passable, but when I relax, my belly pops out The director said my visceral fat is worse, so I need to exercise harder But since I had already experienced the results on my arms!!! I went for it!
I was worried the abdomen would hurt too, but the director kept talking to me to help me relax, so it actually hurt less than my arms And I didn’t bruise at all I was so relieved. I did it secretly without my husband knowing, so I was nervous because I couldn’t get caught for this either, but thankfully the pain wasn’t severe, so even on the same day there was no major problem with daily life, except when my baby kicked me with their feet It was bearable
It’s now 3 weeks since the procedure, and as for my waistline, I can clearly see that it’s different from before. Overall, the fat has gone down compared with before too!!!! Recently my baby was sick, so I couldn’t pay attention to my diet, but to ride this momentum, I’m intentionally leaving a review here!!!!
