The before photos are before-and-after photos, and the current photos are from 3 months after surgery. I had alar reduction at Unimedi. To be exact, alar reduction, columella grafting, and improvement of alar drooping? Since I was young, my low nose and blunt nasal tip had been a complex for me... I was scared to put in an implant, but I kept thinking I wanted nose surgery. While looking up reviews, I heard they were good at alar reduction, so I got a consultation and booked right away lol I’m not really the type to research everything thoroughly, so I just got a consultation at one place! What I’m most satisfied with after surgery is that I like how I look no matter what angle I take photos from Before, when taking photos, I used to lower my head as much as possible so my nostrils wouldn’t look as spread out, but now my nose really looks naturally better, so taking photos is fun... haha People around me don’t notice I had surgery, but they keep asking why I got so much prettier or whether I lost weight. Overall, I’m satisfied because I feel like my image improved in a way that suits me well.
