5 years ago, I got my nose done at one of the two well-known places for male nose surgery. My nose was low and small, so they couldn't raise it that much, and they used silicone + septal cartilage. Maybe because I do combat sports, or maybe because time has passed, the nasal tip has gradually drooped and the bridge has started to bend little by little. Most of all, from right after the surgery until now, 5 years later, I can only breathe about 50% through my nose, so I unconsciously sleep with my mouth open too. I'm looking into revision surgery now. I think rhinoplasty is something you really need to be careful about.
