Review after 3 years of breast surgery

Hello, I had surgery at the end of August 2019, and somehow it’s already almost been 3 years. I chose Mentor Smooth High Profile implants, and so far I haven’t had any signs of side effects, and I’m doing well without any discomfort! My satisfaction is, hmm... about... 80-90%?? The reason I can’t say 100% is that I wonder if they turned out too big... But this is something that couldn’t really be helped because I have a protruding chest, and although my rib cage is 75, which you could call average, overall my upper body looks big (I’m 168 cm tall and have fairly broad shoulders), so when choosing implants that suited me, I think it couldn’t be helped. Still, I don’t regret it at all, and from the consultation to aftercare, they were really meticulous. This might look like some kind of promotional post, but really... I think the director spent 30 minutes? 40 minutes just consulting with me. The director recommended only exactly what was needed and there was no overtreatment. After surgery, I also visited the clinic often for progress checks (I really went every few days for progress checks, and got swelling laser treatment and high-frequency? massager care), and each time the director came and checked on me. During my recovery period, if I felt anxious or had questions or discomfort, they answered right away and gave feedback. I strongly recommended the clinic to every acquaintance around me who was planning breast surgery. Once a year, I regularly check the capsule thickness with ultrasound, and honestly from 6 months after surgery, I started forgetting that I had surgery... I had double eyelid surgery and breast surgery, and luckily they all turned out well, so I always live with gratitude. But now... I’m planning the nose surgery that I’ve always been thinking about... huh
