I searched in a cafe for clinics that are good at the straight-with-slight-curve line I want, looked up reviews, and then narrowed it down to a total of 3 clinics and went for in-person consultations.
Clinic 1 ㅂㄴㄴ It was a clinic run by an individual director, and the consultation proceeded after a CT scan. Waiting time 5-10 minutes The consultation manager was very kind, and looking at the review photos, I liked this one the most, but the consultation time with the director was shorter than I expected. First of all, when they said they might use donated costal cartilage if they opened the nose and the septal cartilage was too small, I was like, huh~. They also showed me many rhinoplasty reviews.
Clinic 2 ㅂㄴㅂㄱ There were a lot of directors, and it proceeded without a CT scan. Waiting time was long, 30-40 minutes I went without knowing it was a system where you designate the director, but it turned out to be a designation system..? While waiting, I hurriedly looked up reviews for the director who would be consulting me, then had the consultation with the director. They were meticulous and also made jokes to help me relax, so I liked it. After looking at my nose shape, they said there is almost no chance that my septal cartilage would be small, so I probably would not need costal cartilage.

There was no pressure to book, and they showed me surgical cases similar to my nose. Likewise, after touching my nose, they said there is almost no chance that my septal cartilage would be small, so I probably would not need costal cartilage. Among the 3 clinics, this one explained in the most detail what materials would be used and how much, and what method would be used for the surgery, and they answered all my questions.
