My first surgery was an incisional procedure, and I’m planning to have a revision incisional procedure next month. They also slightly recommended ptosis correction. I told the consultant that I was scared because of the side effects of ptosis correction and didn’t want to do it, and they said we should decide after consulting again on the day of surgery. Has anyone here had their surgery items changed on the day of surgery? The line itself is slightly uneven, so one eye looks like it opens just a tiny bit less, but I really don’t have any ptosis at all I don’t want to do it. If I firmly insist that I don’t want it, they won’t do it, right?
