I am currently having consultations for male under-eye fat repositioning. Some places say I need fat grafting, and some say it is not necessary, so I am conflicted. I am hesitant about fat grafting because I worry it might look excessive. It seems each plastic surgery clinic's directors have slightly different opinions. I plan to go around for more consultations.
