Until just last week, when I was at week 1, my swelling and bruising were really severe, but now that I’m definitely in week 2, I think all the visible bruising is gone. I don’t know if everyone who did the arm area feels this, but lying at an angle and keeping the arm at a right angle seems like the worst posture,,? It feels like the swelling just pools there.. And I think I understand why they tell you not to use an electric heating mat. It feels like it irritates the treated area, so as someone with experience, I recommend lying down rather than sitting when possible and not using an electric heating mat ㅠㅠㅠㅔ
