In the end, I had surgery with Director Lee Hyun-jik at Avant Plastic Surgery. The reason I chose this place was that there seemed to be so many people who had failed mouth corner surgery and then had revision surgery here, you know? He had a lot of revision surgery experience, and he talked through the design while considering what I wanted and even the proportions, so I trusted him first of all. For the philtrum, I reduced it by 3 mm from 17 mm (incision under the nose). It has not even been a month yet, so there is still some scar tissue, and the swelling has not fully gone down, but the mouth corners lifted naturally and there is not much scarring, so honestly I am really satisfied.. Since it was revision surgery, I had a lot of worries, but I am so relieved and I plan to keep monitoring the progress.
