From the pre- and post-consultations, the consultant was kind and the director explained things in detail and accurately, which was great. Thanks to that, I was able to comfortably get through the surgery until the very end. I think the line came out beautifully too, and I’m just waiting for the swelling to go down quickly. I’m so satisfied!!!
