Before/After<Day of surgery>After<1 month later>I didn’t even need to compare consultations because it’s such a famous place for nostril surgery, so I went in thinking I’d go straight for it, and a surgery slot suddenly opened up, so I had the surgery that same day!(As someone living in Busan, I was so thankful)The result is....
I’m very, very satisfied!!!!!First of all, from the consultation manager onward, they explained everything systematically and in detail, so my trust level was completely 100%. The director looked at my nose and said, “This is a nose where the change may not show much! Are you okay with that?” (They were really honest, and I liked that part.) So I said it was okay, and that I’d be so, so happy if only my nostrils became even just 1 mm narrower, and that I wanted to have the surgery. Then they immediately applied the anesthetic, I got on the operating table, had local anesthesia, and the surgery went ahead.. It finished in about 40 minutes? 50 minutes? I got up, took photos, received a prescription, and because I was out of it I didn’t really? hear the precautions well, but I tried to listen, got the medicine, and walked home!
For me, I had nostril reduction + columella (they said it would look prettier if done together, so I also did the columella based on their recommendation) like this!

There’s nothing that really interferes with daily life, just that I can’t pick my nose? That’s about it.
There is still some swelling, but I think the nose shape definitely turned out naturally well. They say swelling usually settles by 6 months after surgery and then the nostrils become just pretty.
