Hospital/director 1. Surgery method (incision, whether canthoplasty is needed, double-line removal/anesthesia method) 2. Whether scar improvement is possible (I had my first surgery by incision, so I have some scarring) 3. Cost 4. Suture removal date, number of hospital visits 5. Whether they provide separate swelling care? + how long swelling lasts 6. Whether they provide aftercare if side effects occur or the double-eyelid fold loosens? (free/paid)
Other things to record - Overall atmosphere of the hospital, including the consultant, staff, etc. - Whether the director explains in detail, confidence, whether they approach the consultation sincerely, and the double-eyelid line they pursue
