Lip filler refund review

I saw filler 1 cc for 60,000 won on an app and bought a prepaid procedure voucher. On another app, it was the exact same event, but it said lips were excluded. But on the first app there was no such notice, and lips were also listed under the usable areas for The Chaeum filler. Most importantly, there was someone who had gotten lip filler with the exact same option I paid for, took photos, and posted a review, so I thought, oh, I guess it works, and made an appointment. When I booked by phone, they checked all of my app payment details and even the area, that I was getting lip filler, and they did not say anything, so I figured that was that and went to the clinic. When I consulted with the manager, she said lips cost extra so it would be 75,000 won, and I said I would just pay the additional 15,000 won. The manager said she had to mark the app voucher as used and asked for my phone, so I gave it to her. But she messed with it for a really long time, did this and that, and then gave it back. Anyway, when I took out my card to pay, she said VAT would be added so it would not be 15,000 won but twenty-something thousand won. I was thinking, why change the price twice when they could have just told me earlier, and then I said I just would not do it because it was different from the price I had known. Then she coolly said okay and that she would process a refund, and I left the clinic. As soon as I came out, I went back into the app and saw that a 5-star review had been written under my nickname. I guess when that manager took my phone saying she had to mark the procedure voucher as used, she even registered a review herself lol. Then as I was walking, I got a call saying they could not cancel it through the app, so they would transfer the money to me and I should come back to the clinic and write down my bank account. So I went back to the clinicㅇㅇ When I got there, they handed me a refund confirmation form(?) so I wrote down my account and came home. When I got home and asked when the deposit would be made, they said it would take 10 days. I asked why it would take so long when this was not even a refund for a procedure I had received, just a transfer because they could not cancel it in the app, and they said they had to get approval and so on, then sent me a text
