I went for a nose surgery consultation, and they said my nostrils show a lot. Honestly, until I heard that, I had never thought that at all. And they stretched my nose with their hand to show me that they would lower the cartilage like this, but I wondered a bit whether lowering it that way would instead make it look stuffy and like an overdone upturned-looking nose. Still, I felt the clinic suited me in that it pursues safe, natural-looking surgery, but the consultation itself did not feel refreshing or make me think, "This is the place." Most of all, the consultant... sigh, I really did not like her. First of all, she kept cutting me off... Even so, the reviews showed exactly the kind of nose I wanted, so I had more or less made up my mind to do it here before going to the consultation, but it was disappointing.
