Deciding on my third rhinoplasty I’ve had my eyes done twice, cheekbone surgery, fat grafting, liposuction, a mini facelift, and lots of other things, but rhinoplasty was the hardest, so I didn’t want to do it again... But the visible nostrils still haven’t improved... Please let this be the last time... I visited 3 places for consultations today, and the prices were all different lol One place said just lowering the nostril rim would be enough... I don’t know....
