When I was a student, I didn’t know anything in Busan and just saw one review post on a famous plastic surgery cafe at the time, went straight for a consultation, and set a date I had surgery that stupidly.. (When I get fixated on one thing, I can’t see anything else)
Back then I paid about 1.5 million won..? for medial epicanthoplasty + incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction, but after doing the incision and removing the stitches, before even a month had passed, one eye came undone, so 6 months later I got revision surgery again with a partial incision. Ha.. then a month later it came undone again, but at the time I had entrance exams too, and there were many issues with cost and time for doing double eyelid surgery again, so I just lived with it.
So in conclusion, one eye was revised but came undone. For the other eye, during the surgery the anesthesia wore off in the middle (the doctor was 30 minutes late to the surgery because he was consulting with the parents of a patient he had operated on before), so he gave me another local anesthetic injection in the middle of the surgery and continued??? At that time, the surgery was really so painful and scary that I can never forget it.. So this eye is also sausage-like..
At first I really resented the doctor so much, but while thinking about revision surgery again and looking up clinic reviews, I found that his specialty was natural adhesion double eyelid surgery.. And he was very young.. I failed like this, but everyone, instead of just choosing someone young.. make sure to choose someone experienced!! And go to lots of consultations too!!! Check whether the director’s specialty matches the eyes you want!! Keep that in mind, and I really hope you succeed!!
So this time, for my revision surgery, I’m going to Seoul to get it done by an older director with a lot of experience!!! Next month I’m going on a 2-day, 1-night consultation tour!! Please let this be my last surgery!!!!
