I used to worry a lot because there were many posts saying it’s hard to maintain or that it becomes uneven But maybe it depends on the person; I’ve been okay I eat just like before, but I don’t gain weight rapidly... Instead, it does seem like the fat goes to areas I didn’t have treated I don’t really feel much unevenness, but it’s visible when I tense up..?
