Everyone~ it’s been 3 weeks and 4 days since my nose surgery.. From the front, my nose still looks big and blunt.. I didn’t put in silicone; I had osteotomy and put ear cartilage in the nasal tip~ and had nostril reduction.. Is it because of the osteotomy?.. It still feels like a bulbous nose.. is this normal? It has gone down a lot compared to the beginning, but maybe because of my constitution, the swelling goes down slowly.. Even if it goes down slowly, I hope it gets slimmer with time~ Since my nose is big, my eyes look relatively smaller I don’t want to touch my eyes yet From the nasal dorsum to the nostrils, it looks big, but that’s swelling, right? And from the side, my nose got bigger too, so I look a bit like Pinocchio.. How does it look? The clinic says the area marked with the arrow will also go down.. will it really go down? It feels like the nasal tip is drooping and went inward?
