I had correction for drooping alae and alar base reduction at Unimedi. My nostril wings were usually broad and flared, so it stressed me out a lot, and I wanted to change my nose that looked bulky. While visiting plastic surgery clinics for consultations, I chose the director who was the only one to pinpoint exactly the areas I wanted to change. When I usually edited photos on apps, just reducing the nostril wings always left something looking awkward, so I liked that they clearly scratched the itch by saying I needed correction for drooping alae. Now that it's been 3 months, it's settled so well that I forget I had surgery. My memory of originally having wide nostril wings has gotten so faint I barely remember it lol.. None of my friends around me noticed either, and when I tell them I had surgery, they're shocked and say they had no idea. I don't remember well, but I didn't really feel any particular discomfort, and there are no scars. As time passes, the swelling keeps going down, and it looks more natural and slimmer, so I'm satisfied.
