Breast Surgery Reviews

Motiva full-type surgery review (+ I also have a question)

Before<Before surgery!!>After<After surgery 111>After<After surgery 22>After<After surgery 333>After<Last after-surgery one lol>Every time I went to the hospital regularly for treatment, I kept thinking I should write a review when I got home, but I forgot every day lol, so I’m finally writing it now

It was my first breast surgery, and I had it done through the transaxillary approach.

When I looked it up, most people who had the transaxillary approach said they couldn’t use their arms properly for about a week, but mine was over in two days lol Still, I think resting well for those two days helped. The director and the nurse I met in the inpatient room both told me not to make any strenuous movements and to rest when I got home, and I think listening carefully to that helped? I’ll briefly write the information below.

Hospital MD / Director Lee Sang-dal Surgery info: Motiva Full R275/L295cc Before surgery 65A, after surgery 65C

One unusual? thing is that MD doesn’t require wearing a compression bra! They operate using an inframammary fold fixation method, and on day 8 they remove the stitches once. After removing the inframammary fold fixation on day 12, they said I don’t have to wear a compression bra. I liked that there was almost nothing I had to worry about.

I just go about my work life as usual, and when the hospital sends a treatment 안내 text, I check my schedule, make an appointment, and go. Starting from week 2 with radiofrequency, I’ve been thoroughly receiving all the treatments I was curious about, like Mesosoft, Caps, and heat packs. I paid a lot for it, so it would be my loss not to get them.

Every treatment has been good whenever I received it. There are various care programs, so when I do radiofrequency, I think this is the best, and when I do Caps, I think that one is the best, so my mind keeps changing like that. But it’s still a bit annoying to move around to different hospital floors every time I get something done~ haha

The feel is still bouncy and soft when I grab them with my hand. Still, since it hasn’t been that long yet, if they already feel soft, I think maybe the tissue is settling well.. It’s too early to judge, though haha Until now I’ve been touching them timidly, but once I reach 3 months, I’m going to try making cleavage and touch them more confidently, squish squish.

What’s fascinating after my breasts got bigger is that my waist looks more slender too. For me, it feels like a two-birds-with-one-stone surgery

And my question is….. since my breasts are bigger than before, I find myself hunching my upper body without realizing it, and sometimes my shoulder blades hurt. Has anyone here who had surgery ever felt something like this?

I’m worried that if I keep staying in a bad posture, my recovery might be slower, so I’m thinking about trying Pilates…… I wanted to ask if there are any other good methods or exercises
