So even if there are typos or it sounds weird, please be kind...ㅎ
It has been 5 months since I had surgery with Motiva Full type at MD Surgery. As you can tell from my breasts before surgery, the inframammary folds on both sides were completely different.. Before surgery, what worried me most was the inframammary fold. I was worried not only that the difference might become more noticeable and look bad, but also that the asymmetry would stand out even moreㅠㅠ
The director’s diagnosis was: *To match the asymmetry on both sides, different sizes would need to be inserted: left 355 / right 300 *Because my upper breasts were very hollow, they recommended the Full type because filling the upper breasts with Full type would allow the tissue to loosen and create a more natural, fuller shape *I had heard that an inframammary incision is advantageous in cases with significant sagging or a short distance to the inframammary fold (I was actually recommended an inframammary incision at another clinic!), so I was worried that a transaxillary incision might not be possible, but the director said transaxillary was possible, so I had it done through the armpit *Dual-plane / transaxillary incision
I still need to wait and see more, but after surgery, the symmetry of the inframammary folds, breast size, and so on turned out so well that I’m satisfied. Honestly, I thought only the inframammary folds were asymmetrical and hadn’t thought the breast size itself was asymmetrical, so when the director said there needed to be as much as a 55cc difference, I was honestly a bit puzzled... I was also half in doubt. But as expected, the director was right..ㅋ I worried a lot until the day of surgery, but once I actually saw my breasts and the size was almost symmetrical, I felt relieved + amazed + satisfied lol
To talk about the surgery, for about the first 3 days, the incision area felt hot and sore, and there was a tight, clumped feeling ㅜㅜ It wasn’t severely painful, but it felt hard to do anything ㅜㅜ Since I suddenly had breasts where there hadn’t been any, my back hurt and my lower back seemed to hurt too. At first, because of swelling, my weight suddenly increased by about 3-4 kg, and I almost fainted from shock, but after 1-2 weeks, thankfully it all went down. Phew. Maybe because I tried to reduce swelling by walking around 5,000-6,000 steps a day, I was so relieved that I recovered quickly ㅎ
Still, I really think I did well getting the surgery lol. I have no regrets, seriously. My inframammary folds didn’t match, and I was always stressed and upset about my small breasts, but they shaped my breasts beautifullyㅜㅜ I was so grateful.
Actually, I’m also a nurse at another plastic surgery clinic, but it felt a bit awkward to do it at the clinic where I work.. so I looked into another clinic.. (Sorry, director.. but you’re good at eyes^^..;) Many people I know in the same industry and staff acquaintances had surgery at MD and had good results, so I chose the clinic without much hesitation. I did go to consultations at other clinics out of courtesy, but honestly, my mind was already made up.. lol, exactly that.
After surgery, beyond the symmetry, as the director diagnosed, because I got Motiva Full, I also gained the upper-breast fullness that had been hollow! At 1 month, honestly, because of the upper bulge, it was hard to tell, but as the swelling went down more and more, I could feel that it had been filled naturally.
And now that it’s 5 months, the breast shape looks very natural when I lie face down haha. The cleavage is surprisingly amazing..^^
It’s not cleavage forced together with painful underwire underwear; just gathering them toward the middle with my hands creates that I-shaped cleavage!!! It was exactly the shape I wanted, so it was fascinating haha.
I’m also satisfied because the clinic’s aftercare is systematic and well organized. Other people here say caps or mesotherapy are good, but for me, thermal radiofrequency is the best lolololol. It’s warm and relaxing, so I often dozed off while receiving it. After it’s over, when I touch my breasts, I can really feel that the texture has softened.
Now I’m almost at 6 months, so I’m starting to think about when I should go in for a checkup.
If anyone is curious, leave a comment haha. I’ll share everything I know.
Anyway, thank you for reading this long post! I hope everyone gets the breast shape they want!! exactly that.
