I did both the first and second rounds with fresh fat, and fresh fat definitely seems to have a good survival rate, and the lines are pretty too. The area where the fat was harvested also healed well without side effects. If I had to call something a side effect, it’s that because the skin was touched, a lot of sebum came up Still, the original purpose of the fat grafting was to correct my facial contour, so in that respect I’m extremely satisfied!!
