This is my second bulbous nose surgery, and I’m not lying, the shape hasn’t changed at all. Since my nose is already big and high, I’m in a situation where they can’t even make it higher.... I really want to have surgery one last time, but is there anywhere that is truly good? I think I’ve been to a few places famous for bulbous nose surgery, but the answers I got back were that I wouldn’t see a dramatic effect, so when I have surgery this time, I really want it to become even a little smaller, please Please ignore that hospital over there...
