I had revision surgery after 10 years, and on day 7, right after the splint was removed, when I took photos, I thought, “Still, there isn’t much swelling??” and felt relieved, but as the major swelling went down a bit, it became more defined than it was at week 1.
But my nose seemed to have come out a bit higher than I expected, so I asked the clinic, and they told me that if I wait a little longer, it will settle naturally.
They also made the nasal tip rounder than before surgery and the line came out nicely as a straight-to-slightly-curved line, so I’m satisfied, but I think I’ll need to wait longer until it looks natural. Still, my overall image has been maintained while my nose seems to have improved more beautifully, so I’m satisfied..:)
If it stays this way while the swelling goes down, I think by month 1, month 2... it will look natural and I’ll like it even more.
