At the beginning of the year, I think I resolved to accomplish something, I don't know about anything else, but my nose surgery was a success lol From friends I met after a long time, the things I heard most were, did you lose weight, and your face got smaller lol I didn't lose weight, and there's no way my facial bones changed, so I think it's because of my nose haha I had septal extension, and ear cartilage was used for the nasal tip too, but my nasal tip used to droop, so my nose looked long. I also had a hump, and because of a deviated septum, the center was crooked too. Anyway, now that my nasal tip is lifted, my columella also looks shorter, so the thing that bothers me the most these days is my lips haha I wonder if they were always this thin lol When my columella was drooping, I thought my philtrum was short too, but it wasn't I really want lip filler, but if I do that too, I think the guy I live with will get extremely mad Would it be obvious even if I just do a little bit?
