Before<my eyes developed multiple double-eyelid folds and wouldn’t open well, so I went around wearing double-eyelid tape the photo on the left is my right eye>After<iPhone front camera photo from today lol> The first photo is the pre-surgery photo As I got older, my upper eyelids became hollow, so the double-eyelid folds on my right eye became layered like that and my eye wouldn’t open well. I went for a consultation to get double-eyelid surgery (I’ve never had double-eyelid surgery), but they said the problem wasn’t the double-eyelid line, it was the lack of fat in the upper eyelid, so they recommended fat grafting and I had the surgery. My right side was especially hollow, so they said I might need up to a third round, but I’ve completed the second round now. My eyes open well now, and the feeling of sedation anesthesia was strange, so I don’t plan to do a third round~ The double-eyelid line is different from before (only I know; even my boyfriend doesn’t know) I’m dissatisfied with that part (that thing only I notice.. you know what I mean?) But functionally, my eyes open and I feel like I look younger, so I think the surgery went well for now!
