If I paid a reservation deposit the same day, it would be in the mid-3 million won range, and if I agreed to photo disclosure there would be another discount, and with no discounts at all it would be in the mid-4 million won range. The discount range was very varied like that. I don’t know whether the consultation manager had a cold or what, but their pronunciation was unclear, so I couldn’t understand a single thing they were saying.

They spoke very realistically, saying that if I had surgery, the crookedness of my nose could look more noticeable, and that I would end up looking in the mirror a lot every day. Cost-wise, it was on the expensive side, in the mid-to-high 6 million won range. It seemed like they pursue a slightly more glamorous look rather than naturalness.

They suggested proceeding with osteotomy + deviated nose correction + nasal tip (ear cartilage). But it seemed like the director had also had nose surgery... and their nose seemed to have gone wrong, so I lost trust for now. The consultation manager was on the kind side. The cost was in the mid-5 million won range because I came through an acquaintance’s introduction. And I got the strong impression that a lot of people come here for dermatology procedures.

They made all the diagnoses themselves. Anyway, after the director’s consultation, they said osteotomy was not needed and suggested proceeding with nasal bridge (silicone) + nasal tip (ear cartilage) + deviated nose correction + deviated septum + alar reduction. If someone is really pursuing a completely natural look, they could probably do it here, but looking at the before-and-after photos, I thought there was almost no difference before and after. Also, surgery time at other places is around 3 hours on average? But here they said 5 hours, so I was very surprised. The cost was in the high 4 million won range (on the condition of photo disclosure), and if not, low 5 million won.
The costs vary so much, and it really seems so hard to achieve both function and aesthetics... I thought I should visit a few more hospitals for consultations.
